We have too many different products, and at too many different sizes, to offer an shopping basket online ordering system.

Send us a written order with cheque in the post.

We are not going to routinely post out printed brochures, but we will post a Brochure with Order Form on request.

PAYMENT:

If you post a written order please include a cheque payable to "Sunbird Management".

If you phone or send your order by email, we will include an Invoice with your order for you to make a cheque payment.

For larger orders (ie over £25) we can send you a PayPal invoice for you to pay online. If you wish to pay in this way, please let us know when you phone or email.

MINIMUM ORDER: Over £10 please.
Orders under £10 only by prior agreement – and you pay the postage! Please call.

PRICES: The prices listed are the prices that you pay. No VAT or extra postage to add on! Please check our website for up-to-date information.

DISCOUNTS: 5% off orders over £50, 10% off orders over £100

HOSPICES: 10% extra discount offered for official written orders from any Hospice.

SPECIAL OFFERS: will be notified in email newsletters, so make sure that we have your email address!

CARRIAGE: Prices include either Royal Mail first class, or ParcelForce or courier delivery. N.B. Bulky orders and those over 1 kilo are seldom delivered by the regular postman. If there isn't always someone at your address, you must let us know if there is likely to be a problem!

EXPORT: There is a surcharge for posting outside the UK - ring for a quote.

COLLEGES are invited to ask about discounted prices for Student Kits.

TRADE customers are invited to enquire about volumes larger than those published here. We will use the latest market prices to calculate the very best price for you.

MANUFACTURING: Enquiries are also welcome regarding pre-mixed blends and batches of any product made to your own recipe.

ESSENTIAL OILS have been quality tested using Gas Liquid Chromatography, and are supplied in amber glass bottles fitted with Dropper Inserts, labelled with Safety Information, Batch Numbers, and Use By Dates.
