Emailing Us:
We have terrible problems with spam whenever we simply publish our email address as a link so that you can click on it to send a message. The way it works is that there are software programs that scour the web just looking for that @ sign that denotes an email address. Then they use that address for sending spam.
So we are experimenting with some slightly different methods that give us some protection... So email us by one of the following methods:

(1.) Click this link and send to help@sunbirdNOSPAMmanagement.co.uk
but delete the letters "NOSPAM" from the address in the "To" line of your email first...
(The automatic software programs don't have the brain to do that!)

(2.) Click this link and send to help{at}SunbirdManagement{dot}co.uk
but delete {at} and replace it with @, and delete {dot} and replace it with a dot!
(They're not smart enough to do that either...)

(3.) Or read the following, and type it into the "To" line yourself:

This isn't written in words - it is just a picture of words...
So the software can't simply copy 'n paste it...
Sorry, but neither can you! You have to read it then really type it in...
