The Personality Pattern Inventory
(PPI)

The Process Communication Model has identified that there are 6 different personality types.
However, it has also explained why human character shows such a rich diversity of behaviour.
This is because we all have elements of each of those 6 personality types within us...
Each of us has the 6 personality types organised into a 'Condominium' that reflects our preference for how we communicate.

There are 720 different possible ways for a Condominium to be structured (6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1), hence the diversity between us.
However, each of us has a preferred 'Base' personality that makes it easy to predict our basic needs and our preferred mode of communication, including how we perceptually 'filter' information.

In addition to that, many of us will 'Phase' during our lives, and show the outside world a new face, a new aspect to our personality.
So allowing for just one Phasing, we now need to consider 4320 different personality combinations...

A knowledge of Process Communication, and the theory behind it, can be easily learnt and can enable anyone to establish the probable Base personality of people that they deal with. Furthermore, an understanding of the Base personality type is predictive - that is, it immediately indicates the strengths, preferred communication channels, motivational factors, management style and likely distress sequences of a person. However, the full complexity of the Condominium personality structure is required for a complete understanding of any individual...

This enormous complexity is measured with just 45 questions in the 'Personality Pattern Inventory'.

The PPI is a questionnaire that can be taken online, and we are looking for capable individuals to promote the PPI and/or to train so as to be skilled to use this themselves within their own consultancy work with clients.
