It stands opposite the 1000 year old Norman church of St Leonards in a picturesque walled lane. It is 2 minutes walk to the quaint High Street of historic Hythe - one of the original Cinque Ports. There are spectacular sea-views at the rear of the property, looking out over the English Channel (France is easily visible), and the lovely beach is a short walk away

This extensive property offers accommodation of all sizes, from overnight bed & breakfast to self-contained self-catering appartments, as well as conventional double, twin and single rooms for holiday lets. The whole house can be rented out for functions such as weddings, offering a total of 11 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 30 guests.
