Conditions of Agreement

•  A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is payable on booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the date of the visit. (If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full rental cost is payable at the time of booking).

•  Prices quoted are per week and not per person. Occupancy is for 5 (with additional occupancy for a baby at no extra charge).

•  Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer in pounds sterling.

•  Clients should notify the Owners immediately in writing if they have to cancel their holiday. The Owners shall endeavour to re-let the property. If the Owners succeed all rents paid shall be refunded. If the Owners are unable to re-let the property the balance of the rent is due from the Client. We strongly recommend holiday cancellation insurance.

•  If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire damage) the property is not available on the date booked, all rents and charges paid in advance by the Clients will be refunded in full, this being the extent of our liability.

•  Lettings commence at 3.00pm on arrival day and end at 11.00am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed with the Owners.
