Unfortunately, we have found that if we now insert our email address in a form so that you can just click and open your email account to send a message, then we get spammed mercilessly!
(A techy bit now... There is software out there that reads web pages just looking for the @ symbol that indicates an email address. Then they record the whole email address and store it to use on their next spam campaign... Software that is designed to crawl around the internet reading web pages in this way is generally called "spiders"...)
So, two choices:
Click here: grumpy@sunbirdNOSPAMmanagement.co.uk, and it will open your email programme for you.
Once your email account opens, go to the "To" line and delete the letters "NOSPAM" from our address...
Any spider that copies the email address as we have written it won't be able to send a spam email to us.
Bit you are smart enough to delete the NOSPAM bit and send it to the right address...

You can't copy 'n paste it! If you could, the spiders could do that too
You need to read it, open up your email programme, then type that email address into the "To" line.

Sorry to make things difficult for you, but as soon as we publish a website it is very obvious how the quantity of spam email received increases enormously at the contact email address if we do not take these precautions.
We would advise you to do the same on any website of your own if you want to avoid spam!
